I submitted feedback<\/a> to the developer about what I think they should do in order to make this game mode more fun and less boring. It seems that they made some changes per my feedback, but I’m not too sure about that. It could be coincidence.<\/p>\n I sent feedback asking them to change\u00a0the\u00a0scoring mechanism.\u00a0In\u00a0this trials,\u00a0players will earn triple score on the first two games of the tempest trials per day. This change will reduce the number of games needed in order to obtain all of the reward. How much will it reduce?<\/p>\n Let’s do some math.<\/p>\n Assuming the best case scenario where you have the 40%\u00a0bonus\u00a0hero and you can complete each trials to perfection and fast.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Maximum triple score: 40 * 7 * 1.5 * 1.2 * 1.4 * 3 =\u00a02,116.8, but it’s rounded down to 2,116. So, you’ll need to play about 6-7\u00a0trials\u00a0per day. Previously, it was 10-11 trials. This is an improvement, but it’s still a lot of trials to play.<\/p>\n Unfortunately I am still unable to summon any of the 40% bonus heroes.\u00a0So I have to use\u00a0Berkut as my\u00a020% bonus\u00a0hero.\u00a0I can\u00a0complete about 80% of the trials to perfection (I sometimes make mistakes as I try to play fast).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Maximum triple score: 40 * 7 * 1.5 * 1.2 * 1.2 * 3 = 1,814 So, I’ll need to play at least 8 trials per day.<\/p>\n Assuming that it takes me about 14 minutes per trial, I am going to need to play the trials about 2 hours per day. That is still a lot of time.<\/p>\n Though the scoring change is not as big as I suggested, we are moving into the right direction. Hopefully I am not burning out.<\/p>\n It seems that the difficulty has been decreased again.<\/p>\n It makes completing the trials less stressful as now the gap between our hero stats and inflated enemy stats closer.<\/p>\n Bonus hero will get double SP and Exp. This will help us to grow our hero quicker.<\/p>\n It looks like there are more rewards:<\/p>\n Score requirement increments is a bit better at 2,500 rather than 10,000 previously.<\/p>\n It seems tempest\u00a0trials game mode is moving in the right\u00a0direction. The changes are minimal, but\u00a0are welcome. They could improve\u00a0it more by reducing the required games played to obtain all rewards even more\u00a0and making the\u00a0reward more appealing. I like to see number of required games played (for\u00a0obtain all rewards) to be about 3-4 for the best case scenario. This is a phone game after all. Phone battery doesn’t last that long especially when playing this game. 2 hours per day is a bit too much.<\/p>\n I wish I can summon the hero I want.\u00a0I’ve\u00a0used up\u00a0lots of orbs (60+) and still cannot get any of the new heroes. \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n Here’s the\u00a0video of Tempest Trials: Reunited at Last dialog<\/a>.<\/p>\nScore<\/h5>\n
