In Pokemon Go, you are rewarded each week with how far you went. The rewards show as ?<\/strong> so I wanted to document what I got each week.<\/p>\n

Rewards Screen<\/h2>\n

The weekly rewards reset every Monday, at 9AM PST (or 10AM PDT). It will pop up on your screen when you’re logged in there’s no button to press to make this show up.<\/p>\n

The collected rewards appear in the journal, making it easy for us to keep track of all of the drops.<\/p>\n

The Weekly Rewards<\/h2>\n

Here are my last 9 weekly rewards. There’s a date on there so you can see the week that I received the rewards.<\/p>\n

Are the rewards good?<\/h2>\n

The main bonuses we can get from walking the 50km each week are rare candies<\/strong> and silver pinaps<\/strong>. From my results, I didn’t get any TM’s, rare candy XL, evolution stones, or premium items. The Pokeballs and stardust bonus are not worth very much, spinning a handful of Pokestops will get you the 30-35 or so pokeballs it gives you. The stardust is okay, but you can easily get that in under your daily go battle league battle limit.<\/p>\n

The rare candies unfortunately aren’t worth very much. The go battle league rewards gives me about 10+ per day. You can get rare candies by doing routes and raids. Silver pinaps also come from the non-legendary raids. So if you’re free-to-play and only raid the legendary Pokemon, the silver pinaps are nice to have, but not a necessity.<\/p>\n

The rewards are a nice bonus, but not really worth me taking the time to walk a bunch extra for. I find that doing the routes that will cause me to hit these weekly bonuses give me way more good things. From those, I got some rare candy XL’s and even elite TMs. I highly recommend walking with routes over walking without routes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
