They even closed off access to a few Pokestops and the Gym inside of the Parking Lot, the gym called “Shepherd II”. Here’s a view of the park from the Pokemon GO app. I took the above picture and the below picture standing from the same place.<\/p>\n

The gym is completely inaccessible. Construction started before the year 2017 and last time I checked, the Gym was owned by Team Instinct (yellow). There is no way to reach the gym at the current time, since the area was completely fenced off, which means the only way to take over the gym is to GPS spoof.<\/p>\n

Basically, anyone that took over this gym in between when construction started (before 2017 ended) and when construction ends (June 28, 2017) is GPS spoofing as there is no way to get into the fenced area without trespassing.<\/p>\n
